Results of Bonding a Diastema
Some people consider gaps between teeth (diastemas) as cosmetically attractive, Wendy did not. While she did not want the existing space, Wendy desired a conservative, non-invasive treatment option. Given the size of the gap present we certainly could have considered veneers or crowns, however given our expertise with composite bonding, we opted for this much more conservative treatment option. In one short appointment we were able to beautifully and conservatively close Wendy’s diastema. This result is attractive, durable and should provide many years of service.
